Spider veins are tiny veins that can appear to look like a “spider web”, hence the name. Typically these can just be unsightly, but often they can come with discomfort. Here are some symptoms to look out for.
- small, thin veins on the surface of skin
- blue, red or purple spider web looking veins
- redness in skin in area of spider veins
- discomfort in area of spider veins
- heavy or achy feelings in legs
